Toads, Tadpoles, & Kids!

Josh took the toads and tadpoles to Galion Headstart on May 13.  The students are raising a few of their own in their classroom and wanted to discover more about the pets they are rearing to adulthood. Unfortunately, they have a bullfrog tadpole that can take upwards of two years to fully mature, so they will not get to see the awesome transformation.  However, they were thrilled to see and hear the toad! They also got to act like frogs themselves as they hopped around, trying to collect food tokens with their “tongue”!  Fun was had by all, even the big kid in the middle!
